Maître Splinter 2021Picpoul (33 and 5 years old) 90% and Terret Bourret 10% with a yield of 30hl ha grown on clay limestone in Marseillan (Bassin de Thau). A very gentle direct pressing without settling of the Picpoul, the Terret is soaked in the juice in whole bunches, aged on lees for 5 months. Appearence : The nose is very marked by citrus fruits, pineapple, white fruits, characteristic of this maritime terroir, the mouth is long, lemony, saline, all straightness and
the grapes must see a lot of sun so that they tire from oxidation and dehydration
