Early 1900's Mortice Lock Set with Ornate Trim & Thumb Latch Handle GA129This lock set comes with a mortice lock with face plate, solid brass knob with back rosette, two piece spindle, dead bolt with matching back plate trim, large curved solid brass door pull handle with top thumb latch and top bottom trim. The lock box was made by Russell Erwin. *As shown in pictures, the front face plate is bent, but can be fixed. **Does not come with key. Measurements: Lock 5 1 4" tall by 3 3 8" deep brass face plate 7 1 2" long Handle

The ceiling drop (from mount to bottom crystal) measures 40” and the diameter of the fixture is 25”

Each sconce measures 12" tall with a 9" projection

We can provide up to 300 of these fixtures if needed

it has an ornate geometric design and is in great condition other than it's rust

The signs did have paint on them but were not the original colors

This set of four salvaged wooden spindles can be used to create a table

This stained glass window has some beautiful soft colors

The crossed signs are  4 feet long 9" tall x 1/2" thick

Currently a chippy white color
