Founder's SelectThis is the top 1% of our crop as judged by our expert tasting panel. About once per season everything aligns and we get a syrup that we certify as the Founders Select. This syrup, we believe, is the top expression of not only Beaver Valley Maple, but also what a quality syrup anywhere should taste like. Its different every year but expect that rare combination of vanilla, butterscotch, and caramel with the overriding sweetness of maple. Storage: Up
