Vintage Green Glass Leaf Brooch

Vintage Green Glass Leaf BroochElegant green glass vintage leaf brooch c. 1940s. This colourful bright green brooch has eleven glass shaped leaves making up the design of the leaf, with a curved stem at the bottom. The green stones are claw set in silver tone metal, the brooch is secured with an open 'c' clasp. This piece is in excellent vintage condition and measures approximately 6. 5cm in length and 2cm at the widest point.

The beads are strung on a fine silver chain

They can be worn as decorative hair clips instead of a brooch

There is slight damage to one of the box decorations which appears to be pushed in

from this point ten waves of sterling silver marcasite swirls create the shape of a fan

This piece is not hallmarked but it is clear it is silver

The piece is in excellent condition

The heart hangs from its original gold tone chain

This piece would look beautiful on its own or even layered with other bangles or bracelets
