Description
The Guardian AngelFirst attributed to Franceschini by D. Miller, as 'a fine picture of the artist's maturity' (letter on file, 1972). Probably, according to Miller, one of the versions of this subject noted in Franceschini's account book on 5 August and 20 December 1716.
