It is then set & topped with a house made passionfruit jelly. We suggest serving this beauty with a dollop of thick cream. The tart in the image is a 9 inch (10 12 ppl). INGREDIENTS: Tart: Almond meal, butter, eggs, flour, lemon juice, passionfruit puree, sugar, cream, gelatin, passionfruit seeds Topping:
A gorgeous soft cake
The tart can be ordered with or without Italian meringue and replaced with vanilla Chantilly cream if requested
Optional: Beef can be served at room temperature or instructions for reheating can be given
