Paulatim 2022Grapes grown on clay and limestone. Fermentation occurs spontaneously in vats with indigenous yeasts, aged on its lees in old barrels and bottled without being fined or filtered and with no added sulfites. Fermented as whole clusters for 10 days before being pressed off into 225L barrel to finish fermentation
