'It's buried in my soul like California gold 'This shot blew my mind. I was trying for a shot in amongst this stand of trees. Hoping for a contrast between the dead trees and the Autumn colors left on the poplar trees, but there really wasn't a shot to be had. I then decided to send my drone up to see if there could be anything to photograph from the air. As I flew over the stand of trees the row of poplar trees and leaves on the ground completely luminated even though it was getting dark.
