The liquid was lain to rest in Sherry Butt casks, before being bottled at a natural cask strength of 51. 9%. Nose: Smooth, with strong notes of medicinal peat. Something sweeter is also present, the sherry and citrus fruits. Slight hint of grassland. Palate: Mouth coating and surprisingly sweet, the signature peat
