All the grapes from Franck Givaudin's estate are organically grown, hand harvested, and fermented with natural yeast. 100% Pinot Noir from a 9 hectare vineyard of 30 year old vines grown on mainly limestone soils. Hand harvested and fermented with native yeast. Fermentation lasts for 8 10 weeks and then 15%
