Vly Creek VodkaThe very first bottled spirit from Union Grove Distillery, Vly Creek Vodka is distilled from apples sourced from a local orchard. Only six miles from the distillery Hubbell Family Farm grows apples and presses them in their antique apple press, which has been in service since the 1800's. The fermented cider is distilled together with the addition of wheat based spirit. Named for one of the many mountain creeks in Arkville, NY. 40% ABV, 80 Proof

The rye enters the barrel at 120 Proof before being aged for at least 18 months in char # 3
