Cauzon Blanco 2025Lovely and bright white from Ramon Saavedra who is making natural wines 1200 meters above sea level in Granada by the Sierra Nevada mountains. Blanco is vinified with Macabeo 50%, Viogner 20%, Chardonnay 15% and Sauvignon 15% grapes grown at the feet of Sierra Nevada mountains. Fermentation with indigenous yeast and aging in steel tank for 6 months without sulphites added. Appearance: Citrus, Floral & Light Acidity
