It features Omega's rare caliber 560 movement of which only 3,000 examples were made. These watches were made just for the U. S. market to avoid higher tariffs, and these 3,000 movements were split across 9 models, making each model in effect a very "limited edition." One used to be the watchmaker for an authorized Rolex dealership and was given special training by Rolex at their Beverly Hills Service Center and also has done authorized watchmaking work for the Richemont group's service department
