Birnebon PunchBourbon barrel aged wheatwine style ale with pear, orange zest, and spices Like any good punch, this wheatwine style ale has a bit of everything. We took 2021's Birnesap and double barrel aged it in bourbon barrels, then added pear and orange zest to round out the flavors. For the final touch, we added a spice blend consisting of cinnamon, orange zest, whole clove, black cardamom, gentian root, and allspice for the perfect zest of flavor. 750 ml.
