NfsHollow Form Vessel from Spalted Crabapple Root Ball with Malachite inlay, 10 diameter x 12. 5 tall, buffed Walnut oil and Carnauba wax finish. I am very happy with this vessel as I was able to complete it without having a catastrophic failure of the piece on the lathe. It was extremely challenging to turn as the wall thickness decreased due to the voids in the piece. The wood was given me by one of my oldest friends Mel and was from a tree he planted
