Billaud Samuel, Chablis Grands TerroirsThere is an abundance of classic Chablis character on the nose of green fruit, sea breeze and quinine aromas. The round and utterly delicious medium weight flavors possess good volume along with very good mid palate fat, all wrapped in an attractively persistent if slightly fruit and warm finale. I very much like the nose though the palate impression is softer than I typically find with this wine. Note that this is already drinking well.

Corino's 2003 Barolo Arborina is deep

The palate is medium-bodied with a pleasant and supple opening

Give this sexy Shiraz another 2-3 years in bottle and drink it over the next 25+ years

The 2019 leaves a staining of primary concentration and grippy tannins

Very reticent but ripe scents of black raspberry

this is nicely judged and balanced

My rating assumes that it will add both weight and complexity with age

The delicious and markedly punchy medium-bodied flavors coat the palate with dry extract and buffers the youthfully austere

juniper and bresaola

but it is a touch more refined and floral

The 2010 is a bit rustic at times
