Festive Wine and Food TastingOn arrival, we begin with a taste of our Sparkling Ros with canap, while your host, the Vineyard Owner prepares for a fun festive wine tasting. We begin the tasting with our Solaris Pefriog, moving through our 4 still wines, plus our unique dessert wine. Food will be served following the tasting where you will be able to purchase wine to enjoy with your food if required. When booking you are confirming you have read and understand the conditions
however if you are arriving by minibus
Then we return to the wine room for a tasting of our Red and White still wines whilst explaining the wine-making process and of course tasting and blending the finished product
Places are limited
including the fabulous North Wales Fish and Seafood cook book written by our friends Cai Ross (Paysanne) and Toby Watson (Outside Food)
