Francois Rousset-Martin, Savagnin Cuvee du ProfesseurOn par with the gorgeous 2019, the 2022 Ctes du Jura Savagnin Cuve du Professeur won me over instantly. Delicious lemon tart, flintstone, jasmine and ripe yellow apple are all dialed up. Medium bodied, concentrated and so intense, the 2022 bursts with vivid energy on the mid palate, finishing with a laser like focus on the persistent close. Outstanding.
