The flavors are more compact as well though the dense but fine grained tannins are wellbuffered and this will probably age along roughly the same curve as that of its stable mate. Very good quality here and the linear and driving mineral inflected finish is really quite serious. 91 2018+

The wine's freshness is still apparent so that the balance with maturity is just right

Finishes with a dusty aftertaste of tobacco and graphite

Its not much fun to drink today and needs another 2-3 years of bottle age to hopefully open up

This should drink well both young and with 6 to 8 years of age on it
