PicobelloPicobello is our youngest Gouda from the Netherlands. Matured for ten to fourteen months, it presents a yellow orange interior that is firm and dense with crystallized milk proteins that offer a satisfying crunch. Its robust flavour offers sweet notes of brown butter and caramel. To maintain quality, Picobello cheese is aged in a thick wax that can be peeled or cut off before eating.
