Benoit Sordet PommardThis wine is made up of 100% Pinot Noir grapes from the Burgundy region in France. Deep dark red, intense and violent bouquet of blackcurrant and violets. Predominant astringency enhanced by marked acidity and mellowness. Full bodied, rich, dry tannins and a velvety finish. This wine pairs well with goat's cheese, salmon and tuna.
