Large Priscacara and DiplomystusThis is a large Priscacara and and small Diplomystus from the sought after 18 layer of the Green River Formation of Fossil Lake in Wyoming. The lever of preservation in this layer is outstanding and the Priscacara is over 12 long and the Diplomystus is over 4 long. Cockerellites is considerably rarer in the shoreline deposits and was a schooling fish more frequently found in mid-lake deposits and is only found in approximately 6 percent of the fish in this deposit
