14MM x 1.5 - HSS Dienut Right HandThis is a 14 mm x 1. 5 HSS dienut, right hand, designed to cut or restore external ISO metric threads on rods, studs and shafts. It is intended for use in a standard die stock holder to produce an M14 1. 5 righthand thread where a controlled, repeatable external thread is required for assembly or repair. The die is manufactured from M2 highspeed steel (HSS) and supplied with a bright ground finish and a light preservative oil to reduce corrosion

It is compatible with common threaded bars including zinc-plated and stainless steel types when installed according to the technical datasheet

bolts and studs where a fine pitch is required for greater adjustment resolution or where a coarse thread would not provide sufficient engagement

and the split design gives a small degree of adjustment so the user can tighten or relax the profile to suit the workpiece or to clean up damaged threads
