Ivre de Vivre 2022Blend of Vermentino, Marsanne and Roussane from Claude Ughetto in the Vaucluse. Direct pressed Vermentino, the Marsanne anfd Roussane was fermented as whole bunches or left to infuse in the juice of the Vermentino for two weeks. Blended after fermentation, pressed and left to rest in cuve until the following summer. Appearance: Exotic fruits, Herbs & Salt
In the mouth it has a good structure
with sweet spices

A completely dry red wine
Two years ageing in old foudres and 500ltr barrels
the wine spends 24 months in used 500-liter and smaller wooden barrels
Matured for 2 years in old 500-liter barrels

Fragile is a beautiful Chenin Blanc
depending on the vintage
Aged 6 months in barrels
