It is a rectangular shaped box, leather on paper on a rich blue colour with tiny little flower accents and a gilt border. This is a brooch box fitted to hold a brooch or tie pin, could hold small earrings or a bar brooch. The inside is lined with cream silk and marked for Williams and Co, Jewellers and Watchmakers, Chatham. The base is lined with a black velvet. Edwardian era, c1900s. Condition: Fair
