They get their name from their elongated silhouettes reminiscent of upside down water droplets. As for the tactile textures, these are achieved with the molatura technique a form of cold carving where a grinding wheel carves cold glass to create faceted surfaces.
G’s designs are a collaboration brought to life by craftspeople working in Provence
embroidering them by hand with meticulous detail to carve out each festoon
using sustainably grown local willow in a multitude of hues
