The large natural copper is throughout the ore and has been polished and sealed to prevent it from oxidation so it will stay bright and shiny. The core of this thunder egg half has a translucent waterline core with white and green and has a brachiated appearance making the core distinctive

It had a flat bottom where it was against another egg so I cut it as a standup with a slight angle to present the 4 point star of agate in the core of the face for the best view possible

Inside some of the chambers there are longer quartz clusters with perfect terminations arranged in a small spray

This is a very large and thick slab of a the famous Montana Agate with a large banded area and some host rock at the bottom

This beautiful half of a geode has the inside of the agate chamber lined with fine druzy crystals showing the flow patterns they are known for

I have not prepared all the fish to make it more aesthetically pleasing to display otherwise it appears to be a brown mass and the details become more difficult to see

It is fully polished with a core of translucent coffee colored botryoidal agate with some hematite inclusions visible in the bots that are cut in the hollow center
