Vintage Iowa Felt Flag Pennant:: Felt Banner Pennant for Iowa featuring the school colors of State University of Iowa. Age circa 1960's vintage. In fair condition commensurate with age, exhibiting some imperfections like tear in fabric in certain areas, stitching coming out along some of the seams, markings and some staining in some instances.
