Flat:  23 in wide x 10 in tall

The bag has three grommets on the down tube for bolt-on attachment and two on the seat tube

A one wrap velcro strap can slide through the webbing loops on top of the bag to be attached around the shock

The Stem Cell has a shock cord in the front for attaching it to your steerer tube and either one-wrap Velcro with three available positions for attaching it to your top tube or grommets for bolt-on top tube mounting (which also includes one position to place Velcro so the bag can be used on a bike without top tube bosses)
