There is fine detail and very solid ripeness to the delicious and equally restrained medium-bodied flavors that also exude a fine minerality on the balanced finish that displays just a touch of rusticity

with elevated tannin

with plenty of new oak undertones and ripe fruit without excess

This is really quite lovely with a really impressive purity of expression and should age well for years

Here the cool and highly restrained nose is both more densely fruited and a bit more complex as well if a bit less elegant because like the Mazoyères this is clearly Gevrey in basic character

There is an effortless brilliance about this Pofadder—even better than last year's offering
