Capel Double Distilled Pisco ReservadoCapel Pisco Reservado is a double distilled, unaged brandy from Chile made from Pedro Ximenez grapes. The grapes are hand selected for their aromatic value and the Pisco is then filtered three times for purity. The result is a bright, floral spirit with notes of green grape, lychee, white sugar, lemon rind, and peppery spice. It's said to be perfect for mixing Pisco Sours and cocktails with fruit juices.
