XXX Large Thunder Egg Water Fountain CenterpieceThis is a huge canyon rim thunder egg from Central Oregon that I have made into a spectacular fountain centerpiece. I have hand shaped it into a beautiful freeform style artwork polished polished finish and have done the repair work to the cracks with copper grindings from my copper ore saw. This specimen is slightly incomplete with part of the tail and top missing and measures 3” long

This is an Utah septarian nodule or geode that I free-form polished and this one still has fossil snail shells visible on the outside of the nodule and an open back

Inside some of the chambers there are longer quartz clusters with perfect terminations arranged in a small spray

It weighs 6 lbs and is 5-1/2” tall and 5” wide

There is a small area that is only partially mineralized and is softer than the surrounding rock and thus does not polish and is slightly below the surface due to its being softer and that gives this a unique appearance

It is cut and polished on the top and natural on the sides and bottom
