Patrick Bouju Mol 2021A blend of Merlot, Grenache, Syrah, Carignan, Muscat and Gamay of which some are sourced elsewhere. Even if its a 2021 vintage its a Solera system tank, constantly filled up, some grapes from 2021 and some from newer vintages. Appearance: Violets, Depth & Soul
and then finishes refining for further 6 months in bottle before being marketed
