Vintage Marcasite Silver HoopsLovely vintage earrings, probably dating from the 1940s. Each of the double hoops is studded with fine marcasite stones. A pretty screw back attachment. Really lovely pieces. A makers silver mark "935", indicating a foreign piece. Measures 3. 5cm at their widest point. A drop of 5cm. Excellent vintage condition.
The stones were used in many different designs of jewellery including brooches
