Raul Perez, SketchThis Sketch shows jasmine, lemon zest and a touch of oyster shells. Something marine as well. The palate is medium to full bodied with a complex thread of salinity, mouthwatering acidity and subtle texture. This comes from a parcel planted 50 meters from the sea. Really great. Drink now or hold.

palate coating and serious finish that exhibits excellent persistence
blackberries and cracked pepper
blood orange and Angostura bitters
Just a tad brutal
From one of the oldest crus of the whole appellation
licorice and a kiss of barrique
expressive and aromatic
sandalwood and marked earth scents
this is not quite as ripe as the Criots and is moderately more elegant too with a white peach
Deep cassis and very ripe plum notes introduce full-bodied
It was a most unusual year that was cold and rainy and allowed for no irrigation
