It felt like the start of those warmer days

but in that fading glow the city is still alive with colour

the pulse of rain and light that makes Manchester what it is

I used cool blues for the buildings and strong reds and yellows for the lights to show the way the city stays alive through the blur

I wanted this piece to capture that shift into spring

This piece takes me back to the kind of evenings where everything felt slow and the rain on the window made the whole world look softer
