Bloomer Creek "Grape Apple" Pet Nat NVThis unique wine began 20 bushels of wild apples from a seedling at the edge of Auten Vineyard. The wild apples were co fermented with late harvested Riesling grapes. This wine is dry, crisp, and amber colored, with peppery notes of lemon zest. Perfect for pairing with creamy pasta or your favorite cheeses.
