Elevage - 375-ml. - Included - DCPart science, part art, Elevage pays homage to the elevation of fermentation through process of barrel aging, blending, and ultimately crafting this ale to taste. This collaborative effort with Sans Liege blends our barrel aged tripel with super sweet late harvest Roussanne grapes which was then re racked into bourbon barrels. The result is a highly viscous, sweet ale with hints of crme brle, honeysuckle, mandarin orange, and honeyed apricot.
