Green Leaf Carved Thumb TumblerPROCESS: This tumbler was thrown on the potters wheel and the thumb indent was added. Once it was leather hard, it was trimmed and then painted green with underglaze. The leaf pattern was then carefully carved into the clay. Once bone dry, it was fired, glazed and then fired again to this finished product.
