14 Arpents14 Arpents is named after the road that borders the dairy at Fromagerie Mdard, hailing from a time when acres (or arpents) of farmland were divided to settlers in the Sagueny Lac Saint Jean region. Similar to the well known French cheese Munster, 14 Arpents is made in square molds, featuring a pale orange rind typical of brine washed cheeses. Its aroma is rich in barny notes while the taste is milder, offering hints of hazelnut and fresh buttermilk
