The bases do not have a felt covering and one candlestick has a rattle inside when shaken. Each is marked to the base for Elkington & Co with the date letter L for 1897. Approximate weight for the pair is 686 grams. Approximate dimensions of one are 12 cm height and 11. 5 cm base
