Antique Paste crescent brooch, Star, Floral, 900 silverOne of the prettiest antique paste crescent brooches I have seen! This has so much going for it, but only does it have the Cresent moon but to the top of this there is a small paste star and within the Cresent a pretty floral display. Crescent moons were a popular motif in Victorian jewellery, they are attributed to a number of meanings from feminine strength to changes or new beginnings chapters, stars usually represent guidance and the floral spray

It is a fringed necklace suspending multiple oval cut citrines in an almost riviere style

further set with pearls

this is a little worn but it could be LCI or similar in a gothic type script

It is elaborately engraved front and back with a garter belt and buckle design and flower engraving to the reverse

It is a double rope chain with a twist detail t bar to one end a dog clip fastener to the other

Albert or even worn as a pendant as displayed in the photo

engraved in the aesthetic manner with foliate and swallows

from here there is a beautiful pear cut light purple amethyst which finishes off the pendant beautifully

This pretty ring has so much going got it with the beautiful sparking old cut diamonds set into the floral style face against the backdrop of that rich old 18ct gold
