accentuating the clear sea green of the superb quality crystals

These specimens of natural uncut aquamarine occur within a unique matrix of thick mica with a strong yellowish tint

occurring in shades of blue

sometimes in the same formations

This preglabellar ring (head shield) is covered in many sensory pits which may have held hairlike features when the trilobite was alive

and under optimal conditions these insects will be clearly visible within the fossilized amber pieces
