Louis Van Dijk Trilogie 33 1/3 Vinyl LP CBS Records Stereo 80527I just cleaned this album on my VPI 16. 5 record cleaner and then played it on my He Man Rig which consists of a Rega Planar Three with an Ortofon X5 MC cartridge on an RB 300 tone arm with a Valee PA 12B phono preamp preamp feeding a Cary SLA 70 Class A amplifier. This is a mid 60s, pre oil embargo pressing with no scratches and very light surface noise only audible in quiet passages. An 8 out of 10. BECAUSE OF THE BIZARRE, INTRUSIVE AND DRACONIAN

They tested 58 and 63 where minimum (65%) is 40

wire snubbers (for low microphonics) and excellent flashing

They measured 44 and 48 where minimum (65%) is 30

This is a rather-early tube

excellent flashing and what appears to be a US Navy logo on the base

Tube One measured 61/60 while Tube Two measured 63/65 where minimum (65%) is 50/50 and 100% is 77/77

These three 6G6G tubes were tested on our Paul Hart-calibrated TV7 for shorts gas and transconductance

Tube One measured 95%/93% and 95%/94% for Tube Two

These five RCA 5763 tubes tested as follows on our Paul Hart-calibrated TV7/U:

3 milliamps' plate current while Tube Two drew 23

Transconductance measured 48/48 for Tube One and 52/46 for Tube Two where minimum (65%) is 32/32 and 100% is 49/49
