FLOOR BUILD COAT (FORPRIME HB)Floor Build Coat is the main layer used to build strength and create a smooth, level floor surface. It is applied over a properly prepared and primed floor. The material is mixed and troweled on, pulling it tight to flatten the surface. Sand is broadcast while the coat is still wet to create mechanical bond for the next layer.
