B054 - Ex-Oloroso Bourbon-Style WhiskeyAt the time of writing, this barrel is our oldest whiskey ever. Initially aged for 4 years in a virgin American oak barrel, the whiskey was then finished for 2 years in a 100L ex Oloroso sherry wine barrel. Over the years, this bourbon style batch lost over 60% of its original volume to the angels, resulting in a whiskey that has a concentrated and intense flavour. Ideal for a straight tipple, or over a large rock of ice. Heres to a promise kept.
