This charming ring dates back to the 1930s, it is marked 18ct & PLAT. Garnet gemstones are the birthstone of Janaury. The beautiful stones have been extremely popular since the 18th and 19th century, the gemstones are the ideal gem for that extravagant effect. Victorian garnets were faceted and clustered together
