This vintage 1970's vintage Hemp Kilim hand woven and recently assembled in Turkey measures 9'3" x 10'2"

A very playful weaver made this carpet with so many nuances with alternating colors

:: Large serrated center medallion with splayed floral motif atop an open ivory field with corner germinating planter motif in the most subtle tone on tone coloration

Ends and sides are secured in the spirit of the original carpet with minor restorative weaving in the field

with silvers and platinums throughout

:: Elongated stemmed floral columns spanning the longitudinal field with lattice style outline relief atop a saturated sky blue

but the there is a section at the top that is slightly frayed and a little faded (but still very much intact)
