It is slightly shorter with darker flower spikes than the original form. Flower panicles are held horizontally to the flower stem and appear like mini dragon flies above the foliage. It is a wonderful addition to our gravel garden, where it is combined with Ratibida 'Red Midget' and Agapanthus 'Poppin Purple'.
