The tower was set up to commemorate all those who died in the Siege of Port Arthur during the Russo Japanese war - the tower still stands today
The words are "Congratulations on Term Fulfillment"
The words on the cup are "Infantry 42nd Regiment 9th Company Gymnastics Top Grade Award"
The words are "Imperial Guards Commemoration"
and the words "Commemoration" "18th Infantry"
The red is meant to imitate lacquer
Condition: Excellent - there's a name on the back but it's somewhat faded
The naval exercise that year (1930) took place near Kobe
